Cancelations

We hope you never have to cancel a class or tour reservation but we understand that sometimes things happen. Cancellations 31 days before the scheduled event will receive a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the scheduled date will incur an additional cancellation fee of 25% of the event fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event are not accepted, but you will be able to use fees paid on a future event with in 12 months.

If we should have to cancel an event for any reason you will have the option of receiving a full refund or reschedule to a later event. Customers that previously canceled with less than 14 days before the event will be rescheduled. We train rain or shine in most circumstances.
